Paperless Option

How do I cancel my paperless invoices or statements and go back to receiving them in the mail?

You can update your statement preference at any time by  clicking here. Under Paperless statements, slide the button to the "no" position and save your changes. 

If your account is currently on Auto Pay, you will not have the option to receive mailed statements. You can view your past three digital statements on your Vehicle Dashboard by clicking "Monthly Statements and Payment History."

Please note: Your request may take up to one (1) month to go into effect.
