Updating Your Account Information
How do I change my name on my account?
Please send us the appropriate documentation.
Mail or fax us a note with your account information and required documentation. If your name was misspelled, please send or fax us a copy of your driver's license.
If your name has changed, please send or fax us a copy of the document showing your new name (such as a copy of a marriage certificate or the divorce decree, etc.).
